I was so impressed by the trailer that I’ve ordered a copy from the BBC so that when its released on 25 Oct I’ll get a copy in the mail. Here in Australia there is no word from our ABC about the likelihood of it being broadcast. I’ll enjoy showing it off to my Anglican minister mates. Thanks for putting it up. Yours in Christ, Rob

When I was a choirboy I used to think about such things during the sermon. For example: why not express the hymn ‘Ten thousand times ten thousand’ as ’10 saints to the power 8′. Much quicker, if not as poetic.

Are you familiar with Marc Catley’s classic “Times Seven”? It almost (but not quite) works like this:

( X is God )

where X = Y * 7
and Y = { Jesus, Spirit, God, Kendrick }

From experience, I can tell you that, as much as we love our children, the empty nest is much underrated!

Paul, I can’t help you with CoE communicants, but here in our small part of the Episcopal Church about 42 did, albeit some by intinction. We have been advised by our Bishop to be sensitive to concerns, as some parts of Georgia have had reported cases, but he has left it to local decision.

I’m getting a clerical biohazard suit made with face mask and breathing apparatus. I like Rick’s idea of catapulting intincted wafers. Works better with the round ones.
