So I’m intrigued: how many CofE communicants received communion in both kinds today?

Paul, I can’t help you with CoE communicants, but here in our small part of the Episcopal Church about 42 did, albeit some by intinction. We have been advised by our Bishop to be sensitive to concerns, as some parts of Georgia have had reported cases, but he has left it to local decision.
We all did here in a small corner of Edinburgh, Scotland. We like to live dangerously here. (And we absolutely don’t allow intinction because it spreads even more germs!) I even saw kissing at The Peace.
